We want everyone to be able to contribute to a better world by buying a product they love. A product that makes not only the buyer, but also the maker and — okay, maybe a little grandiose — our planet happy.

Not completely satisfied after receiving your order? That's a shame, but it happens. While you're not obliged to tell us the reason for your return, we'd really appreciate it. This helps us improve our product information and service wherever we can.

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason. After cancelling, you have another 14 days to send your product back. As soon as we receive it, you'll be credited the full order amount excluding shipping costs. The cost of returning the item from your home to our webshop is for your own account. These costs are approximately €6.95 per parcel; please check the website of your carrier for the exact rates.

Below we've explained the return process for you:

- Pack the undamaged item securely in its original packaging and include your order number, items, and address. No return form is needed for this.

Send the item back within 14 days. Shipping costs are for the consumer's account.

Once we've received the parcel in good condition, we'll refund the purchase amount to your account within 14 days.

- If the product is damaged, or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may charge you for this loss in value of the product.

We do ask you to bear in mind that financial responsibility for the returned products remains with you until we have received the returned order. We therefore recommend keeping your proof of shipment until we have processed the return.
