Return policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, you have 14 days to return it. Here's how:

  1. Write your name and order number on a note along with the reason for your return.

  2. Package the item securely, making sure to include the note with your name and order number.

  3. Please note that we cannot accept returns on used items.

  4. Send the item back to us using a shipping method of your choice. We advise you to keep proof of shipment for your records.

  5. Once we receive your return, we will process a refund and transfer the money back to you.
