We made this one together with Catwalk Junkie — and honestly, we are really proud of how it turned out. The Green Funky Bag is an open crochet bag in a warm, vibrant green, with a cotton pouch inside so nothing gets lost. Made by hand, by the women in our community in the Netherlands.
You can wear the strap short or let it hang long. Both work. It just depends on your mood.
It has a small label that says Catwalk Junkie and MARIE MARIE. Because that is exactly what it is — two worlds that found each other.

Our bags are made by hand with love and eye for detail. Taking care of our planet is our number one priority and making cool bags shouldn’t unnecessarily harm our environment.
For all our products we use Oeko-Tex certified yarn. The lining is made from dead stock cotton. We make mini bags and keychains from our leftover yarn to keep our waste to a minimum.

Our bags aren’t made by anonymous machines, but by an inspiring community of women that are at the heart of our brand. Women that deserve a face, a name and that we like to put on a pedestal. On every item you find a little card with the name of your maker.
